Bangor, 16 years after...

Alhamdulillah, I was given an opportunity to return to my birthplace on my 20th birthday! This is my third day out of seven days rovering around middle of the UK, thanks to my rail rover tiket. Quite cheap, around thirty-five quids. To save accommodation costs, this is just a day trip, where I slept at Ikmal's house (my chaletmate) in Liverpool a day before and after trip.

Set out from Liverpool Central early in the morning, at around 0730. A little bit sleepy, played bowling with Malaysians in Liverpool until 12. But I still can enjoy the journey. The route to Bangor is very scenic (sorry, no pics for the moment), rolling along the shores of North Wales...

Arrived Bangor at about 0945. Walked to Menai Bridge to see the bridge and the town. The rest just fooling around the town. Met also some brothers in the mosque, it is them who gave me information about the present situation of Hafoty, the place my family used to live. Night falls, dunno what to do, so cold, so I set off back to Liverpool at around 1800.

For this rover journey, I also went to Sheffield (twice) to see another chaletmate, Mas, where we tour Sheffield together.
